CAN I MODIFY OR ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
An order cannot be modified once placed. Our shipping team works to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Since most orders are fulfilled the same day, it is not possible to modify an order. If you’d like to add another item to your order you will have to place a second order.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed.
You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. WOKEUPLIKETHIS does not accept responsibility for packages we don’t ship ourselves. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WOKEUPLIKETHIS is based in London, having two logistic centres one in the UK (for UK and worldwide orders) and another is in Spain (for Europe orders).
CUSTOM DUTIES
WOKEUPLIKETHIS has two logistic centres, so our UK and Europe orders will be hanged without custom duties.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, there may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or important duties. WOKEUPLIKETHIS is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.
